I failed to see you mention using fraudulent accounts to make the orders... i know exactly how you do this and you should be telling customers about you using fraudulent information to buy the stuff.

However youre right customers should of been entitled and to a degree i agree however if told they'd be scared and think twice about making an order. 
we also take precautions on customer saftey and havent had a problem with over 200 orders however this service is ended
