I opened 20 tickets. They all have a valid serial number. The pictures were perfect. However, I could not conclude. They all asked for the POD video. Almost all representatives now want POD.

Absolutely not true, you must've did something wrong.
I did not do anything wrong. I bought 4 products before. I tried buying more products using the same methods, but each time they started asking for videos.
