Any PayPal Experts Here?

So, I have been trying to send money from my PayPal to an other one and nothing seems to work, as I am getting this message.
 
I do not have any limitation. Tried via Friends and family, service, Requesting money...
 
Tried via different connection, changing pass, clearing cookies etc etc.
 
Nothing seems to unblock this message.
 
 
"Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
 
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service. "
 
 
I contacted customer service, but I need to know, if you solved this somehow.

I've had this issue before, i waited 3 days and it fixed itself, don't try sending in that timespan, this worked for me :)

Don' try to send again and again otherwise they will consider spam ao at least wait for 24-48 hours then try again it should work

Just wait a couple days before sending more money. PayPal's gotten suspicious of you so they've limited you from sending money as a "safety measure". Typically happens if you make a lot of quick transactions and/or are using a VPN to spoof to multiple countries in a day.

It's simple, just call up PayPal.

They'll solve the issue, just provide them with documents and they'll lift the limits.

If it's illegitimate, you can just wait.

Well, thank you for your advise. I think I cannot call PayPal, as the PayPal is from a cousin. I have fully verified it though.

I think I will wait 2 days and then try again. There is not something else I could do as it bugged..
