Is there any service available anywhere on the net where I can request/pay for deletion of some student paper submission from Turnitin repository/database. Turnitin is a famous plagiarism checker available with universities.

Not unless you find someone who works on their software and has a direct access, which is highly unlikely and people will just try to scam you. Just reference your stuff properly, or if you use something that's already in their database, just run it through a good paraphrazing tool.
