I know someone who lost almost $4k in online gambling and still he thinks he can win big one day.
He plays blackjack and thinks he has an edge because he knows how to card count well.

My advice is go to the gym and start working out I know it sounds cliche but trust me it helps with addiction.

I was addicted but I lost all of my money so I can't gamble anymore LOL. We're talking about over 30k. Truly the only way to beat youe gambling addiction. Good luck.
