I use to stay up til about 4-6am. Now I am in bed by 1am at the latest lol.. Ex night owl.

I work from 7:30am-6pm every day, and I suffer from insomnia, so I get around a good 1-3 hours of sleep a day.
Sometimes I stay up all night if there's only 1 hour till work, since I'll just have a harder time getting up compared to if I didn't sleep.

I wouldn't recommend getting this amount of sleep to anyone, as you being to feel extremely sick and get the feeling of constant nausea.
I always have a slight headache, my temper much worse, motivation has decreased, caffeine intake increased insanely and my appetite is almost completely gone, but I always feel like my stomach is empty.

Please don't ever live like this.
