how to insert animated avatar?

to change your avatar check this link:
https://cracked.to/usercp.php?action=avatar if you want to make your avatar animated just upload an animated gif image. Note: .gifs need to be in exact 150x150 otherwise they are not dynamic. The maximum file size for avatars is 500 KB.
