Azure not eligible for free tier

When I try to register at azure with edu mail or even take trial with  vcc  it says I m not eligible for free tier ..tried more than one box and used nordvpn and sometimes decent socks..you guys experiencing this? What you think might be the problem if not? I dont think it's fingerprinting but it looks like it to me

it always worked decently for me and if you setup some kind of a folder sync your data is also safe if it dies
