What is Plex?
Plex is a management tool that essentially allows you to stream files from a source. Plex offers easily accessible mobile apps, Desktop apps, Web apps, TV apps, etc from which to view your files, organized into a Netflix-esque UI. Bede TV handles all of the content & updating.
