Method: This is going to require boxing, but don't worry because the minute they get the email saying it has been sent out they send you yours.
 
Step 1: Obtain a sleepbud serial number
Step 2: Contact Bose support, they will ask for your serial number and do some troubleshooting
Step 3: Make sure you check the app version and the firmware of the headphones in-case that they ask you for them during troubleshooting.
Step 4: They will say you are eligible for a replacement after you ship them your old ones.
Step 5: Print out the shipping label and send them your boxed (empty/filled with rocks) box.
Step 6: Enjoy your new headphones!
