I'm curious what is your reasoning to shoot down NordVPN? They have done more than one 3rd party audit I'm aware of, maintain a Warrant Canary, HQ is in Panama... They had one security incident which impacted one of their hosted servers, due to a security flaw in the hosting providers infrastructure with the same results as the other companies you've mentioned who had their servers seized...no logs. I can say that they should have reported it right away and the didn't but other than that I haven't been able to find any substantial negatives with their security.

Look for "Requests for Data"
If authorities ask for user data, they deliver it.
