Buying Ebay account and Ebay support guide for being seller

Hello,
I tried to being seller on Ebay. But when I want to try to sell ''digital products'' in here, they banned me. I want to sell ''keys'' in here. So I don't need any shipping etc.
As I see, Ebay doesn't support selling ''digital products'' in Ebay. 
But If you have sales history and If your seller account is old. They are not banned your account.

I want to selling my products in here, but i have to get information-guide from someone. 
If i will buy a stealth account from someone, can it be blocked again ? 
How can i trust this accounts, how can i sell digital products in Ebay etc.
Do I need a business paypal account or personal paypal account is enough for Ebay ?
