Yes, you may use new order promo codes on each order. All the public methods only work once or twice, before Uber starts blacklisting your new accounts. This method includes bypasses and specific configs to create brand-new accounts/orders that can't be linked to previous orders. So far, I have refunded ~$5000 worth of food without fail. Keep in mind that I use this method purely for personal use, and it has been developed completely on my own.

For anyone questioning if the method still works:

This is an order I placed this afternoon. The Shake Shack was fully refunded, and I was given a free $20 Uber Cash to compensate for the promo code expended on the first refunded order. I ordered liquor to prove that this method works on alcohol and convenience stores as well.
