Cleaning up upgraded tools

The upgraded tools forum has a lot of good tools but there's also a solid amount of them that don't work.

Main reason i bought supreme was cuz of tools...only to find out most of them do not work. I feel i got scammed

they can't really be outdated if they never worked in the first place, but yeah they should go somewhere else.

If too many publications like this. Some publications send you to paste sites and have links to advertisements.
Some even have RAT' s inside the .exe
