1. We had a deal that he will unban my instagram and shield it for 400$ with 14 days guarantee that i wont get back ban, he "did" that successfully, and after that i got ban in 24h, now he cant do unban and dont want to give me full refund, can send pictures in DM

1-The deal was about instagram unban worth 300$ AND a shield worth 100$ on top of it which will prevent further bans. (Screenshot of this chat: https://i.ibb.co/1JxMpHm/IMG-1513.jpg )
 
2-BEFORE making the deal, he asked me what happens if the page gets banned again after unban? (Spoiler: this will happen next) I said, I’ll unban for free or will give a 100$ refund (the price he paid for shield only). 3-I unbanned his account within first 48hrs, initiated the shield. I was logged in to his account too with his permission, everything was going good. Went well for almost 24hrs, so I logged out. 4-Woke up and his account was banned again. No idea what he did in meantime. I am not saying he must’ve done something wrong but it might be it. Also, the chances are that the shield failed (in the worst case scenario).
 
5-So I kept my word, told him I’ll provide what I promised (in 2nd point). We proceeded ahead with free unban, now he’s not even able to login to his account. He spammed his otp too hard that it got locked for 24hours. Why would I take responsibility of his 2FA getting fucked by him? I told him to wait, we waited and it still gives the same error. 7-The problem is that he’s asking a full refund which I clearly did not say in deal. The unban was successful, I PROVIDED what he paid for. So I can only refund the amount i promised BEFORE deal.
