Which one should i learn first html or java? Or any other recommendation?

First of all, Html is NOT a programming language,  but it's the first step you should learn if you plan to do things on the frontend . like web design

after that learn css and vanilla javascript then move on to the frameworks like react, vue, angular, etc. if you're planning to be a web designer

Java on the other hand IS a programming language 3 billion devices run java including android.

java is not that quite hard to learn once you have learned how to program in java. you could learn other Programming languages easily.

if you're a beginner, I would recommend you to learn python first as your first language.

There are multiple paths you can take, but you should have a goal in mind before you start.  Why do you want to learn programming?  For fun?  Employment? Do you want to automate something you are already doing?

It's always easier to learn if you have a project you want to work on.  Focus on the project and use the appropriate tools for accomplishing the task at hand.
