[Config Building] Can someone help me with bypassing Amazon Cognito?

As title suggests, I'm having issues with AWS, I can't seem to locate where the "aws-sdk-invocation-id" header value comes from, and seems like it's randomly generated every time I send a POST request to https://cognito-identity.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/.
