Bought this method from him for $200. He gives me the site and tells me I need to create 20 assets of something to upload to the site, or I could pay him $70 to have him do it for me. I opt for the $70 option and he comes back a week later with the assets. It takes 3-4 tries over the span of a few days to even get them uploaded for approval since he didn't make them with the right specifications, and when they do finally get uploaded, every single last one of them gets rejected. His reason for not refunding me the $70:
"Making them used up time too
They Consumed time bro"

So now I have 20 useless assets that can't be used for anything.

So he "researches" and comes back with a new site and he pretty much says "btw you have to pay for more assets for this site."

At this point, it's pretty ridiculous to me since I already paid him $70 for shit that didn't work, and he wants me to pay again to give it another try. Instead, I ask for a refund and he refuses because I "didn't even tried the method," and that's what you see in the screenshot.

Also, before I bought the method, he told me it was greyhat, but it totally involves using a stolen account with their payment information to buy your own shit. Not sure how that's grey, but ok.

so first of all its your fault that your such a dick even after telling you the whole method you opt in ! 
second its not my fault that site'z upload TOS changed and those assets auto rejected by a BOT ( bot yes, cuz they take 2-3 days to verify assets ) 
third you told me you will leak the method now :-) so refund isnt a thing for me now ! 
fourth dont tryna be a jerk so you could get the method to sell to someone else and get your money back ! 
fifth i could have blocked you after taking money and saying that site's TOS changed so i couldn't do any thing ! but i stayed there and still researched for other same site which works similar to the older one !

How am I going to sell a method that doesn't work? Why would I want to sell a method that involves carding?

Why would I want to try another site and pay you again for assets when the first one didn't work? You can't just keep finding a new site and saying "try this site now" every time a site fails and then claiming I didn't try your method at all even after the first one failed. LOL

If you're going to sell a method to a site, you should make sure that your method is replicatable. End of story. Do you not think it's important that other people can do your method before you sell it? LOL. I'm pretty sure this was a scam from the very beginning. First you charge $200 for a method that doesn't work, then you charge the person $70 to have you do all the work for them because it's not something the average person would know how or could do, and then once your method fails, you try to upsell them on another method for $500 more. https://prnt.sc/tppsce
