I was in the City in Twine and there was a repair the shelter 4 player with orange and purple perk ups as rewards and it was repeatable. I came back from work today expecting to grind more until reset and it's already changed with the 2 hour timer above it...I dont understand how it changed. Please explain if you know. Thank you.
