I would like to suggest a (QoL) feature that can help avoid double reports on a user, which in turn could lessen the counterproductiveness and avoid junking moderator's report list with the extras. Adding the "reported" indicator on a post in posts view list in following fashion would be a nice addition (regardless of the intention):

I assume it is preferred to report a direct post instead of user's profile for a more clearer understanding of what exactly is in violation, so it would be nice for the reporter to see, in overview, what content has been already reported without checking every single post manually. As previously mentioned, regardless of the intention of the feature, it is still a nice addition to have. It's something good for the reported end-user to have in check, as well.
