Issue is, is that sometimes those scanners are just big boys and tell you something is malware while it’s not.

That's not right many time due to obfuscator the detection can go high depends on tool ! There shouldn't be any btc clipper, backdoor or harmful virus binded in it thats it. if it is not harming any person in any way then having 50/71 is also fine !
