im having the same problem , worked fine for couple months but now started getting errors on Mywebsearch only (cant get any urls) but yahoo and bing  works fine 
i hope u  keep us updated if u still struglling with the same issue 
so  it can be benefit to  whoever will search for the same issue

I consistently run in to the same problem. 

I use the setup button at the top right next to the folder icon. 
-clean the database
-delete 
-and update statistics. 

Afterwards, I press create and if it says completed it works most of the time.

Its not an exact science but it helps me.
