My GF confronted him of course and when he realized he wasn't getting nudes, he started to talk shit about my GF, making her feel even more insecure than she already is

The bottom line is that I want as much info as I can possibly get on this dude

I have his instagram username .. I can DM him and manipulate him into clicking a link so I can get his IP

He might be underage I don't know

This is something you dont need to pay for, contact one of your local hunter groups.. they will soon have all his information and possibly a sting if hes stupid enough to agree to a meet, ip wont really give you much to work with in all honesty.. the username could be used elsewhere though give it a search see what else comes up on him
