Sure! So
1. you open the app PicsArt. then crop the image in pics art (select Story on crop mode)
2. Save the image and after saving a screen will appear wich shows you Snapchat Instagram etc
3. click on snap
4. remove the link + text + @
done  without any filter or anything.
