Hello guys. I am going to soundproof my garage to play drums and do not annoy my neighbors with noise because I am going to play daily. It will be good if someone can explain to me what the Sound transmission class rating is. I understand that it is an important factor in improving the soundproof of any surface. But I can't completely understand how to use this rating.
