Fineproxy package selection

Hi, everybody. I used moxyproxy for a long time. But their quality has dropped. So I want to switch to fineproxy. But I got confused there with the package selection. I would like to take 1000 ip usa for $40 per month. But it scares me that the ip change only happens once every 7 days. IP won't die in 2-3 days of stable use??
