I've cracked a bunch of adfocus accounts and haven't checked all, but manually checked a good bit of these manually and seems they're all flagged. 

Some never even tried to appeal it like the highest $600+ I got.

I'm trying to figure this out aswell,

What you could do is change the Paypal to yours (obviously)

And appeal the red flag but i haven't had success with that as of yet...

Would it help my chances if the owner had never even tried to appeal? I'm not worried about the PP. I can change it to bitcoin anyways.
