Sorry guys for my late response! Too busy these days!
A couple of days ago when I tried to check the account. Unfortunately, I forgot to turn on the VPN then MS detected me so I don't know if it affects the domain of the school but it's rejecting the one I logged.

Currently, I'm too busy with my family to clarify the accounts.
