Getting extremely hard captchas [Google Recaptcha]

Hello, i keep getting captchas that can sometimes take 5+ mins to solve, and when i click on the audio button, it says ure computer may be sending auto stuff blablahaha.

does anyone have a fix for this? i tried resetting my router and it didn't change my IP. i also tried proxies but that isnt compatible with the task i am attemping
