I don't know about PS4 but you could consider these for PC:

Final Fantasy 11
Rift
Diablo
Elder Scrolls Online
Destiny 1+2
Blade and Soul
Neverwinter
Guild Wars

Elder scrolls online is one od the finest right now, and if u like second world war 2, war Thunder has great grinding system.

I'll wait until Wow classic come out! 27 of August; at the moment ESO is the best and platform wide game on the market :D

Final Fantasy 14 is really good, especially the newest expansion. Dunno if it has what you refer to as a "good loot" system, but the game is fun. There's a bit of an entry barrier since it's 3 expansions in now, but if you have cash to spare you can skip a lot of the old content.

if you don't mid waiting, Phantasy Star Online 2 drops sometime next year. other than that, I'd recommend Final Fantasy XIV, Tera, or Black Desert Online.
