Hello Everybody!

I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions on good pre-workout powders. I am always feeling tired at the gym and want to be energetic. Yes, I eat right and get plenty of sleep.

Buy the main ingredients separately:

Caffeine pills or black coffee
Beta-Alanine at 5 g doses per day.
Creatine Monohydrate at 5 g doses per day.
Citrulline Malate at 6 g doses right before working out.

Those above alone can be bought in bulk and cheaper in the long term.

The main ingredient that you're looking for is just caffeine. As the previous post stated, look for caffeine pills or a black coffee with high caffeine, maybe Death Wish coffee? It's cheaper and at least you know what you're getting. In contrast, have you tried tried smoothies before your workouts? I get a huge boost of energy and feel great during and after a heavy lift session. If you'd like to to try it here's the recipe: 

-Approx 240mL of Fa!rlife (Chocolate milk)
-1 scoop of whey protein
-1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
-1 handful spinach leaves or kale
-half cup of oats
-ice cubes and blend

High protein source, decent calories and carbs.
