Hotels.com reward nights can be redeemed globally on any hotels you can book through hotels.com website.
Instructions on how to book:
1. Login to the account.
2. Change the email to a spare email
3. Book your room nights using account's balance. (Recommended to Book on the same night you Staying)
Keep in mind you will need to pay for Fee & Taxes about 1-25$, sometimes even more depending on the hotel you stay.
(To do that you need to use Hotels.com Gift Card or prepaid VISA or Master Card, you can use your own Visa/Master Card or PayPal as well.)
Also some hotels take deposit, incase you smoke or damage some shit. So better check well all that when you book hotels.
