? S T E P S :

1. Open Google Play Store and click Payment Methods
2. Click on Add Payment Method
• Globe/TM: Click "Add Globe Telecom Billing"
• Smart: Click "Smart Communication Billing"
• Sun: Click "Enable Sun Billing"
3. Once your number is added on your payment methods, open your Youtube App or Youtube Music App
4. Click your profile on the upper right to go to Account Settings 
5. Click "Get Youtube Premium"
6. Click "Try it free"
7. On Payment SetUp, click your "Number" & click "Buy"
8. Once success, enjoy premium features. ?

> click buy 
> wait until your account is premium
