Help with reversed software cracking (half way done)

So I have it cracked the thing is it starts with a dialog, you click OK then that opens the software fully licenced but also a registration webpage opens?

I've run it through IDA Pro, dnSpy, tangible solutions and looked at the code in visual studio.

I CAN NOT FIND THIS DIALOG BOX OR ANYTHING POINTING TO IT

I'd ideally like to remove the dialog and have a c.to auth implemented instead

any ideas what to search for in the code? it's written in c#
