I want to hire  a Programmer to create a checker for League Of Legends Accounts.

It Need to be Exactly and better then  Simplicity or SLC,

Checker need to be client Side, that means it will be necessary to takes  all types of BANS and Current Ranked Status and Previous) ( Penalty Time, Toxicity, more details about bans :http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=3047538)
Option to  load proxy (Http/Socks4),and check them for working to checks Accounts
Option to Load Combos (User:Pass and Region:User:Pass)
Option to Select Region for each combo i add
Option to Remove Duplicate Accounts

Need to Capture:   LvL, RP, BE, Email Status, Ban, Skin Count, Champion Count, Last Played Date and Available Refunds.
Need to have option for Ordering  to all Capture Request
Add Option for recheck what account i selected
Option for copy combo(User:Name) directly from Interface
Need option for Exporting in JSON and Text(User:Pass) - or is better to have a list with my preferences to select what i want to add on exporting TEXT
Importing JSON
