step 1. Find a hosting provider like bluehost (i recommend using an offshore vps provider) once you have found on that suits you get a package thats not too expensive but has at least 40gb of space or atleast a few 100tb is you want to selfhost them movies.
step 2. setup wordpress how you normally would.
step 3. download: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ynx9c2ph7nt0d5a/doo.zip/file  and add it to the themes on wordpress and select it.
step 4. use the licence code provided in lice.txt and activate the theme.
step 5. now download https://www.mediafire.com/file/azes7w83aba614b/vidsrc_dooplay_v.26apr23_%25281%2529.zip/file and add it in the plugin page and activate it and a new option will appear on your wordpress dashboard called vidsrc dooplay.
step 6. now go to dbmovies tab on your dashboard and use the same licence code that was used to activate the theme in the api key section.
step 7. now this set depends on you if you have dedicated hosting or shared, go to vidsrc dooplay tab and max movie add to 50 and episode add to 150. if you have dedicated set cron time to 5 mins is shared set to 15.
step 8. now wait a few days before advertising the website to allow movies and tv shows to be added. if you are self hosting movies and episodes i reconmmend add 50 of the most popular movies from 2016 to 2023 same for tv shows.
step 9. now start advertising on websites like reddit, twitter(X.com) .
step 10. now how do we make money?  download: https://www.mediafire.com/file/6d4gz1amoqir2r9/ad-inserter.2.7.33.zip/file and go to https://beta.publishers.adsterra.com/referral/sLCneN7Ke8 and register your website with them and when you have been approved get the ad codes for popunder, social bar and native banner ads and use ad inserter to add them to pages i recommend only using native banner ads on the home page and the rest on movies/tv.
step 11 now you should have a website that looks like this https://321movies.co.uk now go wild and advertise that site to hell.
