Hey, I've been suffering from depression for almost 12 years and it really is hitting hard the past 5 months now where to the point I'm failing to get to my college and ect. The college is trying to get me social care or something but I just can't get myself to get that because I'm just scared of everything, I feel like I'm not even worthy of that and that someone else could use it more than me and more.

I've been forgetting so much things that vary from what I did yesterday or recently to not remembering passwords and literally people (I've forgotten my own name last month as I keep a log of things like that) and I just want some advice on how you guys deal with things like this and what you would suggest?

Well depression is a common issue in todays society. It's hard to understand for people that aren't depressed themselves, I am one of those btw. But as we can see things from other perspectives I can give you some tips. There is only 1 thing you have to do right now, and that is to get help, nothing else. Stop saying you are not worth it, help is for everybody and even you no matter your actions. So please do yourself and your family a favour and get help for it. And about that memory loss, I've never heard anything similiar, maybe you have early alzheimers? You should get that checked too, because your own name is something you don't forget out of nowhere normally. I wish you the best of luck in the future of your life and stay strong buddy!

Google

"Why meditation is important?"
"Benefits of meditation"
"Emotional healing through meditation"
"Past Life Regression Therapy"
"Best Indore exercise"
"Improving memory though Indian herbs"
"Yoga for beginners"

Once you find something suitable.
Then Google

"Latest Funnies videos"
"Funny fails"
"Funniest police videos"
"Full Talk Show"
"Full Award Show"

The plan is to watch one funny video and one meditation and other self improvement video
Make sure you watch alternately

After you watched just 6 videos 3 of each.
Relax and think about you week ahead.
Try to plan you week.

Then quickly start to plan your porn time if you are into watching porn.

For every porn video you watch go an watch one business management video or interview of successful people.

Once you have formed this routine.

Go out and speak about your depression and how you are successfully combating it.

Then find some more people who are going through depression.

Give them the same advise i am giving you.

Lastly tell them that depression is a situation of those who are lucky and those who are talented.
Lucky because most of the people on this earth do not have luxury to be depressed, they simply starve to death or are killed by violence.
Talented because they try to over think and their internal clocks are like old amd processors and boards.
So learn slowdown.

If all above is futile then it is time to gather some faith and some belief in universe. as the universal forces could play a major role in your conditions. Learn about their world through achieving ability to have faith and belief.

Not necessarily in God but in this universe and its design , for its working and its alive , and if it wouldn't have been perfect, it would not have been working and be alive.

Regards,
SEOBOTS

It is a good question and indeed it is hard all that we are going through but we don't have many options and we just have to accept the situation. I also had depression for a long time but enhanced kratom helped me and I took some little doses every day and it just changed my life. Of course, I didn't do it alone but with my doctor who set up doses that I needed. In the beginning, I was afraid that I might become addicted but I am happy that everything is ok and I don't have any problems like this.
