How do you make large combolist?

I've been messing around with SQLIdumper for about 2 months now and kinda got the hang of it. One thing I'm confused about is how people get these large 50k - 1M combolist and post them everyday but it takes me 3 to 7 days to make a 1k combolist that usually gets 1-5 hits. Are they gotten through some process I haven't realized or does it just take time?

It wouldn't take long for dumping combos
I make 70K combo in few hours
maybe your dorks not good enough to give you good databases or maybe your dumper have problems that is so slow or maybe that databases you dumping from is slow
do you dump on Rdp?
