I have some doubts

Hi

To publish thread of a cracked program there is some rule that I should know
The truth is that I entered the forum yesterday and I would like to start writing materials and I have some doubts

• If there is already a thread from that program, can I put it again or cannot it be repeated?
  
• To create the ilo I put the program, how is it cracked and this is it or is something else needed?
  

basically those two questions
