I'm new and need help

Hi everybody, I'm new to this website and have no idea what are the dos and don't of it. I understand that leeching is forbidden and that you must like or comment on a post to avoid it (please correct if I'm wrong. Is there anything else? and please can someone explain why are some posts hidden? is it because I'm a new account? do I have to do something to access them. thank you so much for anyone that would take the time to answer, I'd be really thankful.
