 I am new to this . i started yesterday. i have managed to upload wordlists and proxies into open bullet. But i am struggling alot with configs. i tried making my own by following vids on youtube , i followed everything they said, but i didnt manage to get it done right. I tried downloading a few configs from this site but it didnt work either. they were all .CTO files and i have no idea what they are. How do i get past this?

There's a dedicated section to OpenBullet configs on this forums.
You might wanna check it out.  All you do is dragging them into OpenBullet's configs folder, then selecting them as config within the program.
