is there any way/method to hack or unlock something from a site which is only available for the network users?
my cousin have a network of ptcl or smth which allows their users to use a site called dodear . c o m
the users can download any movie,video,game,software etc from that site but when someone from other network tries to access that site the site only allows videos section
any method to unlock all the sections of movies,games and sofwares etc.....?

i have second option also that how to ask permission from a website owner to check for vulnaribility?
