Is VPN allowed?

Hello!

I just recently joined this community and I'd like to know if it is allowed to use VPN to access the site?
As I see there is some multi account problems so is it allowed or not? Couldn't find from the rules section.

if they are blacklisted/blocked you cant enter the site using them.. it will show a cloudflare error page
