It does not show any error, the program just continue to run as a dead body. It does not skip or allow me to print the str2 variable

Hi,
I'm trying to do a checker.
Basically, str2 is not getting its string (the html page). 
Anyone knows ?

Maybe the API that u tried to use is Dead and the response is so
