What I mean is, Let's say I'm looking through tools, but not searching for specifics, I'll first have to check through Upgraded Forums, then Auth Forum, then Non-Auth one.
Similarly, It's same for the Premium+/Infinity+/Supreme+ members too. I wouldn't know if a good tool is in some other forum, (Let's say I am Supreme) I'll go in premium tools forum first as I paid for it, but maybe something is in not there, maybe it's in the auth forum, or non-auth forum, idk idc. So you see the problem?
Now, Maybe I'm not 100% correct, but you get my general idea of what I'm trying to say. It applies to other forums as well, not only tools. Now if there is a way, it should be stated somewhere.
So, Anywhere there are similar stuff divided by upgrades, the upgraded section should get all the lower (non-auth) tools as well, so stuff is not cluttered in different forums. Cuz, there are some good tools in non-upgraded forums as well. And,
I'm not Premium or anything don't get the wrong idea, I just contribute

You can filter threads in sub forums by their prefixes. For upgraded tools you can select Premium, Infinity or Supreme and then get only threads shown who match the selected prefix.
