Bought a server from him, the server didn't even work connection was 0.05 Mb and when trying to reboot to fix it the server goes offline, you don't get a cp panel so you would have to ask him in order to reboot the server, he did 1 time then i got the same problem again, messaged him and got ignored for 2 days.

Enjoy your 10$ mate, deal with extreme caution.
