It's pretty much impossible to know if they have been dumped/sold before.
Most techniques being used to dump are known exploits on weak websites which were not updated in a long time.
So lots of databases have been dumped several times and can be found in a lot of clouds.
I have 5Tb in combos, i could filter yahoo if you want.
I probably have several Gb's, but i can't tell for sure if it was sold before, nobody can,
unless they used a private exploit on a targeted website.
Personally, i don't know anyone on this forum using private expoits, it's all refurbished public exploits on outdated websites.

Well, all tools being promoted (SLQIdumper, SQLmap, etc ) on forums like C.to are based on public exploits.
So it's impossible to get "PRIVATE HQ COMBOS", if the exploit is public, how can the result be private?
Russians already dumped all these databases in 2015 when most people here were stil in diapers.
So be careful what you buy here.
For this kind of stuff you could search darkweb.
But this community has been beaten by LE so often last years it marginalized to the same low quality you find here.
Prices for what you are asking start at 5000$ till 50000$.
Everything else is just public databases being sold as "HQ COMBO" and the kids copy it like parrots.
