Exchange Amazon bypass way, I have a direct way to change the password, but can not bypass the APP, phone, no binding can be bypassed

The method cost around $500, that's what iAmazon russian mm told me to.
Or i were unsure about that

Not interested in iAmazon, they are a bit behind and have shells
