Leechers Replying in Giveaway Section (New Suggestion)

So there are many leechers who reply in giveaway threads with like : thanks , let me see. thfsfweifwehifhi , hiii thanksssssssssss  etc...

i think they do not understand what Giveaway means or do know what it means but just want to spam.
so to stop this i think either only members with a rank or reqiured amount of lets say likes or online time (Similiar to auth key) to be able to reply in giveaway section.
i think some sort of restrictions to new members should be implemented in the giveaway section because all i see there is just bunch of spam.

I believe i’ve suggested something similar to this before, as to giving restrictions to new members. I think it was turned down for whatever reason like people contributing or blah blah blah that stuff

The biggest problem for me on here is that the premium porn section should be where the best passes are on here but it doesn't get much active at all, the free section is way better on here, surely it should be the other way round. I know posters on here sell the passes instead of posting them so that makes sense.
