Hello good day, 
I play path of exile quite a lot but I get 200+ ms most of the time (I play in japan realm) and it's really not that enjoyable anymore.
I'm looking for similar games like it. (Online/Offline,Paid/Free)

I'd also recommend Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls. I'm not sure how server ping works, but its never given me issues.

Unfortunately diablo 3 does matter a bit on server ping - not as bad as something like PoE but it streams all the mob/drop data from servers so it does make a difference. IIRC PoE needs much better ping though whereas Diablo 3 does better with lower.

Also Blizzard probably have better/more servers so you'll probably get better ping anyway.

Im also looking to start playing Diablo 3, but why is it that people enjoy playing it so much? is it the story line? or the game play mechanics? :)
